• Boiler certification REQUIRED
• CPO certification REQUIRED
• Dry wall (repairs and new) including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
• Water heater knowledge of both electric and gas
A valid driver's license is required for all maintenance positions.You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.Equal Opportunity Employer
